This Privacy Policy explains how KTB MECHANICAL, LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the EasyClear mobile application ("the app"). We built EasyClear to clean up your device, not to collect your life. The short version: your photos and videos stay on your phone.

Your photos and videos stay on your device

EasyClear scans, groups, compresses, and hides media locally on your iPhone. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not view, copy, or store the content of your library. Deleting, compressing, and moving files to Secret Space all happen on the device itself.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect or transmit the images or videos in your library.
• We do not sell personal information to anyone.
• We do not have access to your Secret Space PIN. It is stored on your device, and if you forget it, we cannot recover it.

Information the app may process

To operate reliably, the app may process limited technical information, which can include:

• Permissions you grant, such as access to your photo library, so the app can scan for clutter. You can change these at any time in your device settings.
• Diagnostic and performance data, such as crash reports and anonymous usage events, used to fix bugs and improve the app. Where a third-party analytics or crash-reporting provider is used, data is handled under that provider's terms.
• Purchase status for any paid features, handled by the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, not your payment card details.

Contacting support

If you email us at [email protected], we receive the address you write from and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.

Children

EasyClear is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

• You can revoke photo-library access in your device settings at any time; some features will stop working without it.
• You can request that we delete any support correspondence associated with your email address.
• You can uninstall the app to stop all local processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
