The agreement between you and us when you use EasyClear.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyClear application ("the app") provided by KTB MECHANICAL, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
EasyClear is a utility that helps you find and remove clutter, compress videos, and store selected media in a PIN-protected area on your own device. You may use it for your personal, lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and the App Store rules.
EasyClear helps you delete and change files, and deletion is permanent. You decide what to remove. Always review a selection before you clear or compress it, and keep your own backups of anything important. We are not responsible for content you choose to delete or compress.
The Secret Space PIN is set and stored on your device. We cannot see it or reset it. If you forget your PIN, the files kept in Secret Space cannot be recovered. Choose a PIN you will remember and keep independent backups of important media.
Some features may require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment, renewals, and refunds are handled by the App Store under its terms; manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
The app, its name, logo, and design are owned by KTB MECHANICAL, LLC and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you; they grant a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific amount of space will be recovered; results depend on the contents of your library.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTB MECHANICAL, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the app, including files you delete or compress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend or stop offering the app or any feature. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
